SICK AGAIN!!!!!!

today i went running with my brother.. at ponggol park..

we walk 1 round then i round e 2nd round by my self.. with i meet up my bro at e meetin pt..

i had blur vision.. and i am having cold sweat.. and giddy..

then i feel as if i was goin to faint.. then i told my bro.. he call me to sit down...

i sat down.. mins later i start to puke -.-""

i rest for a while.. a nice aunty gave me tissue..

and so.. i rest then i was across e traffic light.. and i rest again.. my bro ran to buy water

he call me to rest there.. yah.. then later i drink some water and rest...

on e way home.. i was giddy.. hai..

i must admit i am so so so weak.. sob sob.. no running for me.. =(
